Establish performance management system for all operating units
Objective of the program was to establish a system to measure performance of all units.
Work Performed: Develop an operational excellence roadmap & KPIs for 7 key pillars including 16 key KPIs for all operating units & 3rd parties, enabling concise performance measurement performance.
