ERP: Implement integrated system solution and supporting processes
Objective was to build ERP solution integrating core functions such as Materials Management, Logistics and Finance.
Work Performed: Managed delivery of multi-million-dollar project for core Retail functions such as Item listing, assortment and Billing. KPIs delivered included Real-time visibility to Sales and Perpetual Inventory.
