Corporate Excellence Training Program for Physicians
Objective of the workshop was to provide training to physicians on how to manage non-core functions in more professional way including leveraging 3rd party expertise.
Work Performed: One day workshops were organized to impart necessary training and knowledge to physicians on many aspects of management which is not their core skill. The contents of the workshop included modules such as customer focus practice, record management, financial planning, estate planning etc.
